Masala Heaven opened in Cicero in January 2025 with one goal: bringing authentic Northern Indian flavors to Central New York. In under a year, it became a local favorite people can’t stop telling their friends about.

Owner Singh opened Frontage Road Plaza on January 31, 2025, filling the dining room with slow-simmered curries and tandoor smoke. The neighborhood showed up hungry and kept coming back.
