Owner Singh opened Frontage Road Plaza on January 31, 2025, filling the dining room with slow-simmered curries and tandoor smoke. The neighborhood showed up hungry and kept coming back.
Cooking Rooted in Tradition
Fresh-ground spices, clay-oven heat, and slow-cooked curries define the kitchen — Dal Makhani, Tikka Masala, fragrant biryani. And then there's the tandoori chicken pizza, because confidence lets you play.
Three Spots, One Kitchen
From a single Cicero dining room, Masala Heaven expanded to three touchpoints in under a year: the flagship restaurant, the Express counter at Salt City Market, and Masala Heaven on Wheels.
The Buffet That Built Regulars
Tuesday through Sunday, 11:30am–3pm, the rotating buffet turns first-timers into weekly regulars. Kids eat at half price, and the table fills up fast.
